Thirty-year banking, real estate, and data executive to lead operations as five-generation company expands national data business.
PEABODY, Mass. – October 20, 2026 – The Warren Group, New England’s trusted source of real estate and property data since 1872 and a national provider of property, ownership, mortgage, and transaction data, today announced the appointment of Jennifer Tossavainen as Chief Operating Officer.
Tossavainen will oversee the company’s day-to-day operations across data production, technology, national sales, marketing, and finance, allowing Chief Executive Officer David B. Lovins to focus on growth, partnerships, and long-term strategy.
The appointment follows a board-led review of the company’s long-term growth strategy. Family owned for five generations, The Warren Group continues to strengthen its leadership team as it expands its national presence, develops new data products, and builds on its longstanding reputation for accurate, reliable real estate information.

Tossavainen brings more than 30 years of experience across banking, real estate, and data. She began her career as an FDIC bank examiner in New England before moving into residential brokerage leadership at Coldwell Banker, where she served as regional broker manager and Chief Financial Officer across a multi-office operation.
She later led a regional multiple listing service’s public records business, modernizing data collection and transforming raw information into marketable products. Most recently, as Managing Director of Datamaster Solutions at Class Valuation, she restored the business to strong profitability within two years, established a new enterprise data channel, and helped lead the business through a successful sale.
Her experience spans public records, MLS data, appraisal and valuation, and the financial institutions and real estate professionals who rely on them. She holds an MBA from Bentley University, where she also taught.
