CEO Timothy M. Warren, Jr. to assume role of Chairman of the Board of Directors.
PEABODY, Mass., April 3, 2023 – The Warren Group, a leading provider of real estate and property transactions and the publisher of newspapers Banker & Tradesman, The Commercial Record, and The Registry Review, announced today that its Board of Directors has appointed current President and Chief Operation Officer, David B. Lovins, as its Chief Executive Officer. Current CEO Timothy M. Warren, Jr. has moved on from his role as CEO and will now assume the role of Chairman of the Board of Directors.
David Lovins first joined The Warren Group in 1996 as the Director of Information Technology. He has served as President and COO since March 2004. Mr. Lovins has played a critical role in expanding the geographic footprint of the company’s real estate database. Once focused solely on Southern New England, The Warren Group has expanded its reach nationwide. Under Mr. Lovins’ leadership, the company has solidified its reputation of delivering reliable customized solutions to fulfill customers’ business needs, as well as developing new and innovative products and services.

Former CEO Tim Warren will be scaling back his day-to-day responsibilities at the helm of The Warren Group and assume the role of Chairman of the Board of Directors.
