David B. Lovins

David has risen through the ranks of the 150-year-old, family-run business. He joined the company in 1996 as the Director of Information Technology. He has served as President and Chief Operating Officer since March 2004. David has played a critical role in expanding the geographic footprint of the company’s real estate and financial database. Once considered a New England–focused organization, the company has expanded its reach to include nationwide coverage. He takes pride in the company’s reputation for delivering reliable, customized solutions to fulfill customers’ business needs. He is continuously looking to develop new and innovative products and services to offer customers in this ever-growing and exciting real estate market. Before joining The Warren Group, David worked in the information technology industry for more than 15 years at organizations such as BlueCross BlueShield and The Harvard Coop. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science and M.B.A. from Northeastern University and currently lives in Marblehead, MA, with his wife, two children, and his golden retriever, Indy.
