The Warren Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive National Accounts to join our Data Solutions sales department. This full-time remote role is crucial for driving our business growth and expanding our client base nationwide. The ideal candidate will be outgoing, articulate, self-motivated, and have prior sales experience, particularly with large, national accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and Pursue New Business Opportunities: Proactively seek out potential clients and develop new business opportunities across national markets.
- Build and Maintain Client Relationships: Establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals through effective sales strategies and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Provide Industry Insights: Stay updated with industry trends and share relevant insights with clients to help them make informed decisions.
- Manage Existing Accounts: Oversee an existing customer pipeline, renewing, cross-selling, and upselling our data subscriptions and products.
- Conduct Sales Outreach: Engage in cold calling, email efforts, and personal meetings to promote our services and solutions.
- Attend Industry Events: Participate in trade shows, networking events, and off-site meetings to represent The Warren Group and build industry connections.
- Develop Customer Proposals and Contracts: Write and negotiate proposals and contracts tailored to client needs.
- Track and Report Sales Metrics: Utilize metrics to build, track, and report on audience engagement and sales activities.
Work Environment
This is a remote role, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere in the United States. Occasional travel is required for client meetings, industry events, and company functions.
Qualifications
- Proven Sales Experience: Demonstrated success in sales or account management, particularly with national accounts and B2B settings.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present and negotiate with clients.
- Relationship Building: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and understand their business needs.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the real estate and mortgage industries is essential.
- Self-Motivation: Highly driven and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic.
Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
